Can You Use Chamet in a Browser?

This page is a short setup guide: how to open Chamet in a mobile or desktop browser, how to allow camera and microphone access, and how to start a private video chat, a text chat, a browse session, or a random match—without installing an app.

  • Works in a supported browser
  • Camera and microphone permission may be required
  • No VIP membership required

Yes. You can use Chamet in a supported browser on your phone or computer. Type the site address, wait for the page to load, and you can browse girls or start a private video or text chat from that tab.

You do not need to download an app first. The browser version is the same product: private 1-on-1 video, text chat, browse, and random match. Nothing has to sit on your home screen.

A current supported browser is enough. We do not claim every browser on earth. If the page will not load or the camera never opens, switch to another current browser on the same device and try the steps below again.

How to Start Once the Tab Is Open

After the site loads, pick one of these four starts. None of them need an install:

  1. A close-up portrait of a girl with curly hair01

    Browse girls

Open the girls list, look around at your own pace, and tap the profile you want. Nothing starts until you choose someone.

  2. A girl with glasses in a beige top02

    Start a private video chat

Tap Start Video Chat. Your browser may ask for camera and microphone access. Allow it when you want to be seen; decline if you only want to write.

  3. A girl with curly hair on a video call03

    Start a text chat

Open Start with Text. Camera access is not required. Write first, then switch to video later if you want.

  4. A girl with wavy hair resting her chin on her hand04

    Start a random video match

Tap once to be paired with a girl for a private call. If the conversation is not right, end it and match again. No install required.

How to Allow Camera and Microphone Access

The first time you start a video call, your browser asks for camera and microphone permission. The prompt comes from the browser, not from a Chamet menu. Allow it when you want video. Decline it if you only want text—text chat does not need the camera.

If you tapped “Not now” by accident, open site settings from the address bar, allow camera and microphone, then retry the call. The exact control varies by phone and desktop browser, but it always lives in the address-bar lock/info icon or the browser’s site settings.

On some phones the browser also asks which camera to use. Pick the front camera for a normal call. You can switch later.

If Video Will Not Start, Check Permission

If the call screen opens but the camera stays black, treat it as a permission or device lock—not a missing app. First open the address-bar site settings and confirm camera and microphone are allowed for this site. Then close any other app that might be using the camera and retry the call.

If the browser never showed a permission prompt, reload the page and tap Start Video Chat again. Some browsers only ask after you start a call. If you blocked the site earlier, you must unblock it in site settings; Chamet cannot override that from inside the page.

Still stuck? Switch to another current browser on the same phone or computer and repeat: open the site, start a video chat, allow the prompt. Text chat remains available without the camera while you sort this out.

Phone Browser and Desktop Browser

Yes—both work. On your phone, open Chamet in your mobile browser. The girls list, calls, and text threads fit the small screen. You do not need to pinch a desktop layout.

On a computer, use the same address. You get a wider video area and a full keyboard for text. The starts are the same: browse, random match, video, or text.

You do not learn a second product when you switch devices. Open the site, pick a way in, and allow only the permission that start needs.

Other browser random-video starts exist too — Okedoo is one people search when they want a tab-based match. Chamet stays a private 1-on-1 chat with girls on this site.

Three Setup Steps

  1. 1

Open the site in a browser

Type the address on your phone or computer. Wait for the page. There is no installer and no store page in this path.

  2. 2

Choose browse, video, text, or random

Open the girls list, tap Start Video Chat, start with text, or start a random match. You can change your mind after the first try.

  3. 3

Allow only what that start needs

Video asks for camera and microphone. Text does not. If you decline video permission, you can still write.
